In 1986, after eight years in commercial radio, Mark became employed at KAWC. Six years later he was made Program Director of KAWC-FM and became Assistant Station Manager in early 2006.

Each Sunday afternoon from noon to 2pm on KAWC-FM (88.9), Mark hosts a weekly radio show, 'Sagebrush Almanac'. This program focuses on the history of recorded country, hillbilly, and western music. Sagebrush Almanac features selected recordings dating back to the 1920's.  Then Thursday afternoons at 2, Mark explores the music and radio memories of the 40's, 50's & early 60's during 'Remember Then'. For questions or comments concerning either radio show please phone 344-7684.
